Southern Midcoast Maine Chamber of Commerce honors Maine Street Station and Town of Brunswick.

Maine Street Station and the Town of Brunswick will receive the Chairman’s Award from the Southern Midcoast Maine Chamber of Commerce (http://www.midcoastmaine.com/chamber-info/release.php?nID=399) on April 8. The Chairman's Award recognizes contributions made to the quality of life and economic well-being of the region.

Maine Street Station Groundbreaking Held October 14, 2008








On Tuesday, October 14th, 2008, a groundbreaking ceremony hosted by J. Hilary Rockett, Jr. of JHR Development of Maine marked the rebirth of this vacant, 5-acre parcel at the foot of Bowdoin College. The Maine Street Station groundbreaking ceremony was attended by Maine Governor John Baldacci as well as approximately 100 local and state officials, business owners, train representatives, and neighbors.
