Building 3 Roof Line Takes Shape.

Southern Midcoast Maine Chamber of Commerce honors Maine Street Station and Town of Brunswick.

Maine Street Station and the Town of Brunswick will receive the Chairman’s Award from the Southern Midcoast Maine Chamber of Commerce (http://www.midcoastmaine.com/chamber-info/release.php?nID=399) on April 8. The Chairman's Award recognizes contributions made to the quality of life and economic well-being of the region.

Maine Street Station Launches Website

About Brunswick Station

Located in Brunswick, Maine, Brunswick Station is a mixed-use development featuring retail/office space, a New England-style inn, residential condominiums, and a train station ('Brunswick Station'). This prime piece of real estate is located at the steps of Bowdoin College and will be a stop on AMTRAK's Downeaster route by 2012.

Two buildings in Phase I are complete and tenants include Bowdoin's College Store (2 Station Avenue), Scarlet Begonias Restaurant, Byrne's Irish Pub, Park Row Interiors, and the Brunswick Visitor Center (16 Station Avenue). Phase II is The Inn at Brunswick Station (4 Noble Street at corner of Maine and Noble Streets). The Inn feature 52 guest rooms and suites, a festive tavern for cocktails and cuisine, and distinctive function space for up to 150 guests. The decor will reflect local history, traditions, and a natural landscape. Designed to provide a warm welcome to Brunswick and Bowdoin visitors, the Inn opened for business on June 27, 2011.

Planning for Phase III, a 16-unit condominium complex (Noble Street), is underway. The condos will feature one-floor living in a secure building with easy access to beautiful downtown Brunswick. Call now to reserve and design your unit!
